A diverse user groups that required specific training needs | | AR Systems On Site Training Solutions
AR Systems used a systematic method to analyze the needs of each end user group, design training that would address these needs on a global basis, develop the training materials, and then to evaluate the results. More information could be found on the Training Methodology Guide. Solution Highlights
AR Systems prepared and presented classroom and on-the-job materials and training. By deploying Cybersoftec training and support materials, the time spent on training and the time to competence for the client's end users were significantly reduced.

Specifically, the training focused on the tasks people completed using SAP and the other computer tools |

Participants returned to the work place with job aids directly related to their specific tasks |

The time to competence was reduced from months to weeks | |
AR Systems employed performance-based training approach to analyze the tasks of the workers. This included determining the company's goals and desired accomplishments for each job task, describing the future job tasks, and the outcomes associated with these new tasks. AR Systems then designed the training material and job aids. This began by deciding on the learning objectives for each module. These objectives directly tied to the goals and accomplishments defined during the analysis. Based on these objectives and the required type of learning desired, AR Systems developed a learning strategy, course plan, and finally an implementation strategy. The overall training design included job aids, theory discussion, hands-on demonstrations, skills labs, and quick reference guides, organized around the business process and audience groupings. Post Training Design Effort
Once the training design was complete, AR Systems developed the job aids and training materials required to ensure that the time to competence was reduced. During this development, AR Systems ensured ongoing contact with client subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure that the training material contained the right level of detail and company specifics. During the initial stages of the training, AR Systems conducted pilot training courses, user review sessions, and SME review sessions. All this information was incorporated into the training materials. Once the formal training began and as part of the training course, AR Systems conducted ongoing, formative evaluations of each course. This information was used to improve the training materials. |
